Who is the summit suitable for?
The Bioclear UK Summit is designed for dentists who want to advance their restorative skills using the Bioclear Method. It is suitable for both clinicians new to Bioclear and experienced users seeking refinement, efficiency, and advanced protocol development.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included unless selected during booking. We have secured a limited number of rooms, which are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are workshops included, and how do they work?
Workshops are an additional cost to your ticket and are subject to availability. Each session has limited capacity, and delegates may book multiple workshops. Two different workshop options are available, each running twice a day.
How do I book additional nights of accommodation?
Additional nights can be booked directly with the venue. Please contact beaumont.reservations@devere.com quoting Bioclear. You can also book via the hotel website ensuring that you use the same name as your conference booking.
If I attend a workshop, will I miss lectures?
Workshops will run alongside lecture sessions, therefore lectures will be recorded and made available post-event for a limited time.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, parking is available at the venue. There is no charge for parking.
Can I attend for one day or without the Gala Dinner?
The summit is designed as a two-day immersive event, and tickets are sold as a full package. The Gala Dinner is included; however, attendance is optional.
How are dietary requirements catered for?
A form requesting dietary requirements will be sent out to attendees nearer the event.
I live outside the UK – do I have to pay UK VAT?
Yes unfortunately as the course is delivered in the UK and we are a VAT-registered business, 20% VAT applies.
Is there a dress code for the Gala Dinner?
Smart dress is recommended; formal wear is not required.
Will I receive CPD?
Yes. Delegates will receive 14 hours of verified CPD for attendance across lectures and workshops.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the event will receive a refund minus an administration fee of £25. Cancellations within 8 weeks of the event are non-refundable. However, the value can be transferred to www.bioclearmatrix.co.uk for course or equipment purchases.
