What happens next?

Bioclear Matrix UK will review the submitted information and training details before a listing is published or updated. Only dentists that have attended an approved certified Bioclear course are eligible

Can a practice manager submit an application?

Yes. A practice manager may apply on behalf of a clinician provided they have the clinician’s permission and the information submitted is accurate.

Is the practice Bioclear Certified?

No. Certification belongs to the individual clinician who completed the training, not to the practice. A practice must not suggest that all its clinicians are Bioclear Certified unless each clinician holds the relevant certification.

What happens if my practice details change?

Please contact us promptly if you move practice or if any contact, website or certification details change. This helps us keep the directory accurate for patients.

Which Bioclear courses qualify?

Approved certification courses include Black Triangle, Core Anterior, Core Posterior, Advanced Anterior, and Complex problem solving training completed through a recognised International Bioclear Learning Centre. Your listing will display the certifications you have completed.

Can a clinician be listed at more than one practice?

Yes, you can request listings for each practice where you personally provide Bioclear treatment. Please provide complete and current details for every location

Can I use the Bioclear logo and certification artwork?

Approved clinicians may use the current Bioclear logos, Bioclear certification badges and artwork supplied or authorised by Bioclear, subject to our Terms and Conditions. They must not be altered or used in a way that suggests the practice itself is certified or officially endorsed by Bioclear.

Can I be listed after attending a one-day Bioclear Introduction Course?

No. The one-day Introduction Course is an introduction to Bioclear and not a Bioclear certification course so unfortunately does not qualify the clinician for the directory. You must have completed an approved Bioclear certification course.

What countries do you cover?

The Bioclear UK Find a Dentist is for UK and Eire based dentists. Please contact you local Bioclear supplier to discuss their options

What is the cost to be listed on Bioclear UK "Find a Dentist"?

There is currently no charge for a Bioclear Uk Find a Dentist listing. We also dont charge for the approved standard digital logos and Certification artwork we provide. We may introduce charges from 2027, but you will be notified in advance and you will not be charged unless you choose to continue with the service.

I learned to use Bioclear matrices with another training provider. Can I be listed?

Only training provided by Bioclear Learning Centres can be accepted. If you are unsure whether your course qualifies, please submit a copy of your certificate for review.

How long will my application take?

Every application and certification is reviewed before it is created. We will process it as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee publication within a specific timeframe, though 3-5 working days is to be expected.

Will Bioclear UK create my profile?

We will prepare or edit a short patient-facing profile using the information you provide, Bioclear certification logos and factual information available on your practice website. You remain responsible for checking that your published profile is accurate and up to date.
