Product Returns 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, boxed, with original undamaged packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@bioclearmatrix.co.uk quoting your account/invoice no. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost, packaging and insurance of the item. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Courses 

Cancellation and Refund Terms

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your course booking within 14 days of purchase without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing via email at orders@bioclearmatrix.co.uk within the 14-day period. If the course commences within this 14-day period, this right to cancel may not apply

Less than 14 days before course start date: Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund. However, at our discretion, we may offer a transfer to another course date if available and of the same type ie Introduction.

Non-Attendance: Failure to attend the course without prior notification will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

Please note that this shipping policy does not apply to course purchases. For information regarding the shipping and delivery of course materials, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
