Unlike traditional anterior matrix systems that rely on universal shapes, the TSS system uses tooth-specific matrices that closely replicate natural tooth anatomy. The system includes tooth-specific matrices for teeth #6–11 (mesial and distal) as well as universal matrices for small and medium lower incisors. Because anterior teeth vary significantly in size and morphology, these two matrix sizes provide adaptability-functioning like an expandable form to achieve a precise anatomical fit.
