The diamond‑shaped cut-out tip collapses during insertion and springs open once past the embrasure, creating a tight seal and preventing backing out. Still maintaining strong tooth separation, its flexibility ensures excellent marginal adaptation—minimising composite overflow and reducing clean-up time.
